If your item is not quite right or you've changed your mind, you have 10 days to return it from the date that you received it. If all of the return conditions are met below, we will provide a full refund.
- We do not offer refunds on sale items OR custom-made rugs
- We offer an exchange or credit note on returns of sale items
- We do not provide refunds on any cushion inserts
Please read the care instructions carefully before washing your products. We will not accept returns on items that have been washed incorrectly.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions below:
1. Your item is in the same condition that you received it
2. The item does not have any staining or imperfections
Aztec House reserves the right to deny a refund or credit if the item is not returned in the specified condition. Original shipping and freight charges are non-refundable for change of mind. Please take special care with packaging an item to ensure it is returned to us in its original condition.
**Please note that refunds will not be accepted on sale items. If you have changed your mind, we will issue you with a credit note or exchange**
HOW TO RETURN:
- Download our Returns Form
- Fill out the returns form with your order number, name on the order and name of the items you're returning.
- Feel free to repack your items back in the original compostable packaging. If you don't have it, this is fine.
- Include the completed Returns Form on the inside of your package.
- Organise the shipment of your return using the courier of your choice.
- Once your return is received at our warehouse, it will take 3 - 6 days for your return to be processed.
- After processing has been completed, an email will be sent confirming your refund.
